Aragosta – Overlooking Beautiful Stonington Harbor

A Fine Sea to Table Restaurant

Located in Stonington, one of Maine’s most scenic lobster towns, Aragosta offers a superb fining dining experience to those with a discerning palate. After traveling to Italy and Spain to learn about regional techniques to apply to her New England menus, Chef Devin Finigan opened Aragosta in June, 2013.

Cultivating relationships with the area’s farmers and fishermen, Chef Devin uses the freshest, locally sourced ingredients for her dishes.  Her butter-poached lobster ravioli are expertly prepared with house pasta featuring four season farm eggs, citrus beurre blanc, lemon confit and farm greens. Aragosta – which means “lobster” in Italian, is an earth and sea to table restaurant with a thoughtfully selected wine list to complement Chef Devin’s culinary creations.

Insiders Tip:   In the dining room, look for the wreath created from lobster claws that Chef Devin picked during Aragosta’s first year in business.  A gift created by her husband.

Why we love it:  Inspired by Maine’s natural bounty!
