With a focus on creative cuisine, Surf serves amazing lobster dishes such The Surf Lobster Roll made with 1/4 pound fresh lobster meat warmed in drawn butter and thinly sliced celery on a grilled brioche roll, Lobster and Brie Nachos – 6 warm nacho chops topped with cheddar cheese, mango salsa, sliced jalapeño, and lobster in warm brie and the Lobster Sarah (2lb) or Lobster Kristina (1¼ lb) – steamed and shucked native lobster flambéed with cognac, lobster stock, chives, cream and butter, served with jasmine rice & grilled asparagus.
