History and Style at South End’s Aisling B&B

A Snug Retreat after a Day’s Worth of Lobster!

Aisling Bed and Breakfast is located in Boston’s South End – a neighborhood filled with some of Boston’s most diverse and exciting restaurant choices. Boston’s South End is called “Restaurant Row” – there are dozens of restaurants right in the area.  Your hosts, Dympna and James, are happy to help make lobster dining selections or lobster roll recommendations throughout the city!

Aisling B&B is a lovely 19th century Victorian row-house with its original marble fittings, fireplaces and mouldings.  Each room has its own private bathroom and TV (with cable and pay per view) as well as wireless internet access.  Of course, the house has central air-conditioning for those hot summer nights.  .

Boston is a lobster town and home to many commercial fisherman who fish many a lobster dinner.  After visiting Beacon Hill and Newbury Street, which are within walking distance – consider an Uber cab down to the harbor and enjoy the salt air and sounds of seagulls!

Why we love it:   It’s a hidden gem!
